Manny is a kind, knowledgeable man. He also takes the time to explain everything he does, shows you how to do maintenance and explains the pros and cons if you don't know how to ready your hot water heater for winter storage of your RV. He shows up on time, is up front about all charges and and fees, and is affordable. His work is clean and precise, his wife Jill, who calls and explains the appointments and is very sweet.
