We recently had several major warranty issues with our 2025 Outback, and Keystone recommended RV Doctor to handle the repairs. This RV maintenance company is incredible. The prices are more than fair but more importantly is the service and knowledge of these folks display when taking care of my RVs. I have had a small weekend hunting camper for a while. Now I have a large destination RV to boot while my Barndo is under construction. Ed came out and did an awesome job at identifying the problem with my Keystone slide not wanting to slide back in. Turns out I got a really bad water problem and it caused the OSB board underneath to swell and become a problem for the slide to go back and forth. Very polite and professional service and if ya want your camper or RV inspected properly ya better give these guys a call. They know what they’re doing! The temps dropped and found a leaking pipe in my rear kitchen. I list hot water but discovered the problem before we had a water flood. The RV DRs came to the rescue. They were professional, efficient and their cost was very fair. Thank you so much for your ability to squeeze me in quickly and help me with my water leak. We would highly recommend this company for remote Rv repair.
This team is amazing! We got stuck in TN on our way back to TX with our 3 boys under 5 (talk about stressful) when our slide out failed due to a structural issue that was way bigger than we thought . They were able to come to us at the KOA the same day and really worked hard to put our slide back in. They also were quick thinkers and were able to get a tow truck to help us in closing the slide so that we could be on our way home.
