We recently had several major warranty issues with our 2025 Outback, and Keystone recommended RV Doctor to handle the repairs. Before we even scheduled the appointment, I spoke with them on the phone for about 45 minutes going over every issue. Sarah, Julie and Dave are consummate professionals. I have had my RV serviced several times at this business and each time I have driven away very satisfied with their work. They are friendly and very patient when it comes to explaining suggested repairs. They do not pressure you into having the work done and are honest in prioritizing repairs so you can enjoy your RV to the fullest. I highly recommend RV Doctor as the place to go to for service and repairs.
This team is amazing! We got stuck in TN on our way back to TX with our 3 boys under 5 (talk about stressful) when our slide out failed due to a structural issue that was way bigger than we thought . They were able to come to us at the KOA the same day and really worked hard to put our slide back in. They also were quick thinkers and were able to get a tow truck to help us in closing the slide so that we could be on our way home. I was unable to get the main and bedroom lights to come on in our new 2025 Caravel 22 ft Airstream. I couldn't pull the trailer so I looked for a mobile RV mechanic. RV Dr. is about an hour away. They were able to set me up an appointment very quickly, gave me an idea of what the cost would be, and kept in touch through the whole process.
