NOT permanent closed!! The new owners, Katie and Henry, are friendly, reliable and get the job done! We needed emergency repair to our black water valve cable and they met us at Baileyton KOA and replaced the whole thing at 5 pm on a hot day in October. They communicated effectively, called us back when they said they would and were pleasant throughout the job. We highly recommend this company!!

We recently had several major warranty issues with our 2025 Outback, and Keystone recommended RV Doctor to handle the repairs. Before we even scheduled the appointment, I spoke with them on the phone for about 45 minutes going over every issue. We just had a lot of work done on our RV. I wanted to recognize RV Doctor for fantastic work. If you need some repair my husband and I highly recommend them. Very professional and went out of their way to double check everything and even fix a few other items. Ed and Keri are very knowledgeable and defiantly know all about RV’s. They completely removed a back wall and area over slide out that had leaked. All parts were repaired and fixed timely and with care. They fixed a couple other issues that we mentioned with passion. Even though it was a Saturday and it was short notice, Ed came out and fixed our camper in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. He also taught us a lot and gave us recommendations on how to keep safe while pulling our camper. This is exactly how you run a business! I highly recommend this company. Thank you!!

I have had work done on my Jayco Northpoint camper 2 times now. When I say work, I mean major repairs that hit all at once. I had called multiple companies to see if anyone, either time, could respond to my property to do repairs. I had multiple companies either not answer or tell me that they couldn't get to it for up to 2 months. I actually had one of the companies tell me to call the R V Doctor and that they are usually pretty quick. So, I did. They were able to get to my repairs fairly quickly the first time...due to par... read more
