My full wall slide was out of timing, took to General RV who wanted to replace controller and possible motors (thousands of $$) and seemed to depend on the manufacture (Lippert) for technical guidance. I had a gear slide off one of the motors and it took it out of time so I know the controller was fine. Called Jeff and described the issue I was having, he immediately knew what needed to be done (controller synchronization using a teach pendant).
