I bought the Willow and I absolutely love it and so does everyone else who visits me. My main dealings have been with Darren and he has been fantastic. His manner was warm and friendly and he communicated with me continuously throughout the whole process including giving me the link so I could see where the ship (bringing my caravan over) was at anytime which made the wait exciting. Buyer beware! Online listing photos were not of the caravan Dean sold me. While defects were noted, and acknowledged, upon delivery, Dean has fobbed me off since December. Now no response and my 'new' caravan doesnt have some of the features I purchased, it has faults and very poor sealant repairs.
