We rented from these people two times. The actual experience was fantastic, but trying to get the security deposit back was unbelievable. First time around it took email after email, call after call to get the money. We rented with them a second time, and they refused to respond to any of our calls or emails or texts to get reimbursed for the security deposit. VERY DISSAPOINTED! Our initial experience with RV Daze was great. The trailer was very clean and comfortable. Adam responded quickly with any questions we had. We were required to put down a $300 "refundable damage deposit." We NEVER received our $300 deposit back. Not sure why??? It's been over a month now! To my knowledge the trailer was returned clean and in the same condition we received it. I have not heard back from Adam after many attempts calling, texting, and emailing him. This place is the perfect option for those looking to rent a wonderful setup for adventure. Adam and the team are professional and very knowledgeable. They will take care of you and make sure all is ready to go! Highly recommend.
