I was in the rv aftermarket for 35 years now retired! RvCreed witch I’m not sure means is run by a young man named Dustin. He is dedicated to his work. I have known him for 3 years and have referred him to many of my old customers. Today I had him do some work on my Country Coach. His work ethic was top drawer!! I was impressed with his common sense and work.! He shows and has the type of work ethics this world needs !

We called RV Creed and Dustin made an appointment with us within our schedule and his to have our wheel bearings repacked. He arrived and started to work quickly. He found that the rear brakes on the trailer had not been functional since the trailer was new. There was a broken wire that he repaired. The right front brake pad and assembly was bad from previous maintenance so he replaced that. The entire brakes and wheel bearings should be good to go now, thanks to Dustin. The Dometic refrigerator was not cooling adequately in my 2022 travel trailer. Dustin responded quickly, and recommended i perform a simple test to help diagnose the issue. It seemed the thermistor was bad, so he met me and replaced it. The fridge still wasn't cooling properly, so he came out again and adjusted something else. The charge was $380 for the 2 calls. We had Dusty in for repairs on a generator, he is very thorough and thoughtful in his approach to repairs. In our case he went from a 1k repair to just under 200 because he knows his stuff and was honest about his findings. Highly recommend this service. Thanks a bunch Dusty.

I'LL start this off by saying it was my fault our hot water heater wasn't working. I neglected to switch it back from bypass after winterizing. But it was my first year with an RV and still on a learning curve. My issue is how could an RV repair person spent 2 HOURS diagnosing a hot water heater and never thought to check if it is getting water. HE CHARGED 280 for the diagnosis.
