Was there for about 10 minutes, no one available for the parts counter. The person there didn't do parts needed to ask a couple questions. Finally just walked out, I won't go back ever.
Staff consistency courteous but this business receives one star from me for their service after the sale. Purchased a tent trailer and when I opened it up at home and found several broken items even though I was assured staff checked to make sure everything worked. Issues were missed because the staff did not know how to properly use the trailer. RV country charged me to fix what they missed and I was also frustrated to be told the extended warranty covered none of the broken items.
Ok, I have been trying to hold off on this hoping RV Country cared enough to deal with my issue. But, like a few reviews on here, after the sale....they are dust in the wind. I loved the sales process. They were nice, helpful, showed us everything we were looking for, and loved us. It was fun. Once the check hit the desk and the last signature was done....whole different mentality. Our trailers furnace didn't work the night we got home to 30 degree weather. RV Country is a place to buy an RV. They have a selection of RV's that are competitive with other places. I'll never use RV Country for anything again. I've called them about problems with the RV, didn't get a call back until I posted on here, this isn't a one off time either. It's a habit with them. They tell you they will call you back but never do. The last time I called they said they had to check something and would call back. It's now been 5 weeks and still haven't heard from them. I even called back and left messages ... read more
