My family and I came to this dealership while passing through on our way into California and wanted to see what all they had to offer and look around to pass some time. We parked, walked into the first destination RV. It was being shown to another family, so we moved on to the look at others. We walked in the front doors and past the front desk. If your looking for an RV I would NOT go here. This review is a collective of comments from 6 families that have purchased from RV Country. When the RV show comes to town, I would NOT buy from there either. Heres why: customer service is the lowest, sure they give a lot of lip service to make you feel good but the follow through is not there. The Service reps have been great with addressing our issues with our recent purchase of a travel trailer. We had a few hiccups but they were quick to notify us and we worked around them. I appreciate the communication and look forward to working with the team again in the future if needed. We had our B&W WDB hitch installed on the trailer here as well with no issues. Despite RV Country not winterizing and de-winterizing my new rPod correctly (mistakes happen and they quickly admited to it) that I recently bought from them, the initial unit purchase by Greg and follow-on service by Shaun was outstanding.
