I was looking for a replacement scissor jack for my trailer and couldn't find it online. I called the Parts Department, and I spoke to Bruce. When I asked about the jack, he actually went to find one and gave me the price over the phone. He gave me "old school" customer service that I had thought was almost extinct. Bruce is awesome and from now on, that is who I want to do all my business with. Thank you, Bruce. Your customer skills need to be taught EVERYWHERE!!!
