The Service reps have been great with addressing our issues with our recent purchase of a travel trailer. We had a few hiccups but they were quick to notify us and we worked around them. I appreciate the communication and look forward to working with the team again in the future if needed. We had our B&W WDB hitch installed on the trailer here as well with no issues. Thank you Chris for being our rep through everything.

Despite RV Country not winterizing and de-winterizing my new rPod correctly (mistakes happen and they quickly admited to it) that I recently bought from them, the initial unit purchase by Greg and follow-on service by Shaun was outstanding. Both are professionals, courteous, take time to listen, follow-up on details that have now made me a big fan. Thanks Greg and Shaun and RV Country.
RV country is a great company and the Sparks Nevada location is no exception. Chris Taylan, service manager and his well trained crew are top notch! Brian got me in, communicated and delivered on what he said he was going to do! Thanks for the great experience!
Was there for about 10 minutes, no one available for the parts counter. The person there didn't do parts needed to ask a couple questions. Finally just walked out, I won't go back ever.
