I purchased a new 2024 Montana High Country from RV Country. They failed to conduct a predelivery inspection of the vehicle and refused to warranty the numerous issues I had including: the RV being flooded due to a cut water line, a cracked front windshield, the refrigerator not working and a large trim board falling off the top of the bedroom slide out and hitting me in the head in the middle of the night. I will not make another purchase from RV Country.
We recently consigned our RV with this dealership, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Jennifer and Mike kept us informed throughout the entire process, consistently friendly and diligent in their efforts to sell our RV. My sister is 86 years old so I helped her with purchasing a fifth wheel. Our sales person was Jennifer and we purchased it in Lakeside. Jennifer was courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient. The paperwork didn’t take much time and it was a smooth process. I would recommend Jennifer if you want to purchase a RV. Also, RV Country has a good selection of RV’s.
