Not very efficient on diagnosis my RV n charged way to much n did not fix my aC unit
Not happy with service department. Drove 3 hrs and they couldn't fix anything. Said needed to order parts. Never called to update us on repairs. I fixed most of the issues myself, dealing with the manufacturer. They misdiagnosed several issues. Was totally upset with RV Country as a whole. Terrible company to do business with. If you buy anything at one of their RV shows just beware. After the sale they just don't care!
