It is so rewarding to find a team of professional, polite and knowledgeable people who go out of their way to make their customers feel supported and respected. You did a great job fixing the wind up cable of the camper van which we know is a tedious task, but you assured us you could do the job, and you did so with such a positive attitude!! Fantastic communication from the office as well. Highly recommend this business.
George at Avan Sydney was particularly helpful in getting a spare part for our Avan Adventure +. Service was courteous and efficient - we will be back for a van service!!
Very poor communication from rv connection after buying caravan in November 25 to find out the the shower isn’t fitted correctly and the being told our shower frame Is adjustable and it’s not many of frustrating calls to these guys now to be told it all needs to come out and still no caravan to use
