Made a call to Chris when my hot water heater stopped working. Ended up needing special order parts which he happened to have on hand along with special plumbing supplies. Diagnosed my non working fridge and fixed a major issue at the same time! First time calling Chris and was not disappointed. Any other major issue he will be my first call. 10/10 recommend
In one word, phenomenal. Contacted Chris while I was driving and explained our issue to him. He told us to stop by his shop, on our way by…in an hour and a half later he had worked his magic and solved our electrical/propane problem. He was very systematic and thorough in his troubleshooting. I know for certain other individuals/shops would’ve taken 2 to 3 times longer to have solved our issue. Highly recommend him for any and all of your RV service/repair needs. Thanks, Chris you’re the best!
We called Chris this week with furnace issues with our trailer. It's on seasonal lot at Castle Mtn Resort. He was available right away, very thorough assessing the problem. Had parts available on site, had it fixed within a few hours

A tech should have some customer service skills.. or even basic interpersonal skills. I was just turned off using service after a lengthy phone call.
