Well I'm happy other people have had a good experience at this shop. Unfortunately the mission statement does not hold water. When you call you either get a kid that directs the call to the service manager or you get a recording. The service manager does not answer his phone nor does he return messages. After 3 days of trying I've gone elswhere.
