Overall great service. They were able to accommodate with short notice, for a furnace issue. I was charged the minimum rate, and had the trailer back the same day as drop off. The location/lot is very convenient to access and spacious. Staff were friendly and took time to explain possible issues and the process to trouble shoot. I highly recommend for any/all RV repair/services.
I've been dealing with RV City for 5 years. Anytime ownership changes, the first thought is, how will the new ownership stick Their Flag in the Ground? This last month, I've had the chance to see. These guys were awesome to deal with! They responded to our inquiries right away, answered tons of questions and even did a FaceTime walk through of a travel trailer with us so we could see everything before we travelled 2.5 hours to see it in person. Highly recommend!
Truly a 5 star experience with this dealer, Had 2 ,200 watt solar panels installed with 30 amp regular. Warren, the rv tech did a fantastic job he was very helpful and knowledgeable, Love the job he did modifying the lithium batteries I supplied. This dealer will definitely be my go to place on all my rv service.You guys are all awesome . Thanks for the good service hard to find a dealership that really cares.
