Great service department! Handled everything I needed with ease
My experience with RV City, Nisku, beat every experience in buying an RV. The work done on my RV was exceptional. The orientation Warren gave on my “smart” unit was so informative. Being able to purchase the upgraded hitch, replace the couch for chairs, etc that I wanted was great.
Picked up trailer for hunting trip, had to pay with cash because system was down. Customer service is average. Come to find out I'm missing my hunting bow, gun and batteries from trailer. Very shady business, don't go here at all!!!!
Looked at 5 different dealerships and last stop RV City in Nisku. Wasn’t big or flashy but the staff and customer service are outstanding!! Great inventory to select from and got a solid price on a newer travel trailer. Wouldn’t shop for rv’s anywhere else after this experience. Special thanks to the GM Jonathan
