We have had an on-going problem with our 2024 Georgetown 31L5 with the a/c shedding after it was at a dealer a year ago (we think there was a surge that zapped the electronics). So we contacted Good Sam and was able to get a diagnosis by the tech in a timely manner (2 days +/-). Now we're waiting for approval/parts. He was knowledgeable and friendly and checked all the RV components, called Tech Support and hopefully we have a resolution shortly. We will definitely be using them from now on instead of a dealer! Great guy. Called well ahead of arrival to give me plenty of time to do what I had to do before he got here. Then showed up on time. Very personable and professional.
Dan did an awesome job. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He serviced our air conditioner. It is so much quieter and is working great now. Should I need assistance again I definitely will request Dan to be our service technician.
