We had a really great experience here and are incredibly thankful for the help we received. We stopped by spontaneously on a Thursday afternoon with an issue regarding our camper’s water pump/electrical system, and despite not having an appointment, the team took the time to help us straight away. Everyone was extremely friendly. They quickly inspected the issue, explained everything in a simple and honest way, and got us back on the road without any hassle. Came up on holidays to Nelson Bay and had a large issue with my Jayco Lark. Tony didn't hesitate to help and fixed it to save my holiday. Very knowledgeable and awesome customer service, highly recommend.
Big shout out to the team at RV Caravan Repairs. Had a bit of a mishap at Lake Wallis, wind ripped off one of the sleep cabin windows on the Winnebago we had borrowed. The team were so helpful! Saw us at short notice and helped get us out of a sticky situation with some wet weather coming in. You clearly value customer care!
On a recent trip up north I called in to see if they sold lock nuts for my awning as one had come loose and fallen out. They searched around and found a spare. Not only did they find one, they also found an awning rope, supplied them both to me for free as they weren't new and installed the new lock nut on the spot for a minimal fee. Highly recommend.
Booked an appointment with RV Caravans Repairs and within 2.days I went to see Tony for an electrical issue with our Journey Expanda Outback . He went above and beyond to fix the issue and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough . Great fast efficient service !! Huge Thanks Colin and Trace
