Just had first service done and some warranty work and,Jimmy was amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable and despite being super busy spent time with me going over everything he’d done in detail. Whilst working on the van he identified some minor issues and rectified those. His workmanship was excellent fitted us in at short notice as we are travelling at moment after picking up new van in Melbourne. Very knowledgeable man, amazing business and highly recommended.
Jimmy is an expert in all things caravans, especially Urbans. Excellent old fashioned customer service. He did a table to bed conversion for us, along with a few other repairs. The work is perfect. Jimmy freely shared his knowledge & ideas. Great to deal with someone who is passionate about what he does. Highly recommend.
