We requested a service from Jimmy but received so much more.The service was completed and Jimmy explained the outcomes of that. He also went into detail on things he had picked up on. We also requested advice on a potential modification, which he provided. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge was outstanding and his attention to detail was second to none. Just had first service done and some warranty work and,Jimmy was amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable and despite being super busy spent time with me going over everything he’d done in detail. Whilst working on the van he identified some minor issues and rectified those. His workmanship was excellent fitted us in at short notice as we are travelling at moment after picking up new van in Melbourne. Very knowledgeable man, amazing business and highly recommended.
Jimmy is an expert in all things caravans, especially Urbans. Excellent old fashioned customer service. He did a table to bed conversion for us, along with a few other repairs. The work is perfect. Jimmy freely shared his knowledge & ideas. Great to deal with someone who is passionate about what he does. Highly recommend.
