I ordered a tow car shield on February 9th and at that time I told Mitch that I would be leaving the location I was at on April 10. He said no problem at all, that gives me 60 days so you will have your cover before you leave. I was immediately billed the entire amount then as well. On March 11th, I emailed Mitch for a progress update. He replied that is should be done in 2 weeks and in the mail. Mitch did a great job getting my custom front cover for my Yiffin Allegro bus. I had some issues and he took care of them right away. He is a little rough but produces a great product.

Worst product I've ever purchased for recreational purposes. Ordered a tow car shield, after a month I called to see where it was at. They lost my order (but had processed payment) Said they would get right on it. Called again two weeks later, still hadn't made it. Finally received the cover over 7 weeks after they took my money....... guess what? Poorly made and doesn't even fit the car properly. Contacted owner, he acknowledges he sent the wrong item.
