Purchased and paid for a hot water tank install. Kyle came out when parts arrived, did not have the right conversion door for electrical panel. Said he would order it and return to install all of it. Have not seen him since. Same story as others, “I’ll be there tomorrow, tech had a family emergency.” Now it’s “someone else is running my business while I’m out, they’ll get back to you.” I see online he now is temporarily closed.
Kyle and Paul came out and corrected an ongoing problem with my RV slide that the Dealership claimed just needed adjustment and grease. Well after the Adjustment and grease from the Dealership my slide got jammed and I called the Dealership back and they said "We addressed the Problem". I then called RV Ambulance, Kyle, and he came right out and diagnosed it. Turns out that the shaft that runs the slide in and out was bent and the dealership had over tightened the slide actuator causing it to malfunction. I called the Dealer... read more
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Context, I am traveling thru town for 5 days with my 37ft Class A Motorhome. I want to have a tuneup and oil change completed onsite. Plus a few other miscellaneous items. Taking it to a shop (which I could have done) would use up a day that I had scheduled to visit with family. I talked to Kyle from RV Ambulance on a Friday, “Absolutely!
