Helped us out over the phone to fix an electrical issue. Super nice, he could have come out and charged us for a service call, but he was super helpful and friendly.
I’ve been using them for years. The past year he’s become more unreliable. He was supposed to come redo my roof today & I called him and he said said he wasn’t! He even called me & said he got the stuff to patch the holes & reseal the roof, AND was buying a sheet of some sort to cover the top of my slide! I’ve been giving him business for 5 years! He lost a very good customer & I won’t be referring him to anymore!
I have used Rv1 for all my camper repairs for the past two years and every time Dusty has made sure that I’m taken care of, he doesn’t just fix the problem but he comes back to make sure it still is working the way it should. And he always gives a fair price. It’s hard to find honest and fair people anymore. I just moved my camper and he says I can still call anytime .
