Ruzzo, Scholl and Murphy has been my company and personal accounting firm for over 30 years. Professional and excellent communication. Transitioning between CPA's on our accounts has been seamless and the new accountant is always up to speed.
We were clients for several years and found the lack of responsiveness frustrating, especially for pressing questions. We tolerated it because we thought they were doing a good job. Turns out we were wrong! We received a notice from the IRS with a huge fine three years after the fact because our accountant failed to include a large amount of income in our return.
