Wallace Richardson Sontag & Lee LLP enabled retaliation against a disabled tenant in federally subsidized housing. Attorney Jacqueline Tarbell Bringham and assistant Karen Eastwood issued legal threats and obstructed communication during an active infestation. Their conduct extended beyond legal defense into intimidation and silence. A civil lawsuit is now active.
