Showed up on my property without notice or permission and removed a stake that my surveyor had placed on my property. He proceeded to put another colored ribbon on top of my ribboned stake and placed it in the center of my lawn. My landscaper was laying mulch at the time and notified me. Lowlife and unprofessional.

I should have read more reviews! It was difficult to get Paul to commit to a specific date. He said he might be able to do it Friday but then never showed. Then wants to come on another day with short notice so I had to run home to meet him and to give him the retainer. I sent him a check for final payment even though I was willing to Venmo him immediately. Rude, do not waste your time calling him. Took over a week to hear back from him and then when he did call I asked for a quote and he asked if I was shopping or a referral, well I wanted a quote so I was shopping, and he hung up

Contacted these guys (Paul) on Monday 11/25/19 for a quote on a simple land survey of my home. I had gone to Ruzenski because they had a copy of my old survey, so I thought a minor update to accommodate a new deck would be faster & cheaper. Got a call back the next day and was able to connect, however I was told my survey was too old and could not be used as a starting point.
