Overcharges for Repairs I use to take my cars here to be serviced by Richard. A lot of times he would give me an estimate, which I would agree to. Then when I would come in to pick-up my car the bill would ALWAYS be higher. This really annoyed me and raised my suspicions about his honesty and integrity. There were many times I felt Richard was charging a lot more then he should have been. Radiator Blew Same Day I bought Car from Richard I once bought a car from Richard a few years ago. Later in the day when I was driving around the Honda he sold me the radiator blew. Since he is a mechanic and this was the SAME DAY I bought the car from Richard I obviously took it back to him assuming he would fix it for free. He looked at me with his fugly face and said, “Yeah, that radiator is sort of expensive it's going to cost $600 to fix it†Wait, WTF? Terrible Mechanics Ruxton definitely overcharges and delivers bad repairs. I brought my Volvo here and had the heater core replaced. The job was expensive and took quite awhile. When I got my Volvo back my instrument cluster stopped working. When I took it back they said it would be another $600 to get it repaired. Like WTF? I had just spend over $1000 for the heater core job a week before and they removed the dashboard. They broke the instrument cluster but just didn't want own up to it. Terrible Mechanics AVOID.
