I had a plumber come out to my house in Deer Park to re-route the pipes for my whole-house water filter and replace five leaking outdoor faucets. Jordan and Brady arrived right on time and did a great job with the water filter. I was surprised at how clean the work area was—no mess at all! the customer service from everyone i spoke with was excellent. i first talked to brady around noon on a friday about getting our hot water heater replaced. after we went over some details and options, brady gave me a price and set up a visit for danny to come out between 1:30 and 3:00 that day. brady was very clear and honest about any possible extra costs if more work was needed. around 2:00, i got a call saying danny had finished his last plumbing job and was on his way after picking up the new water heater. danny was real... read more
