I was very disappointed with my experience with this law firm. Communication was poor, and I often had difficulty getting clear updates about my case. My concerns were not handled in a timely or professional manner, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
I want to mention first that my original review was removed by the office, and I also noticed the rating somehow changed from 4.8 to 5.0 stars. Regarding my experience with attorney Carlos Hernandez, communication was a major issue. I made several attempts to contact him but received little to no response, which left me feeling ignored and uninformed about my case.
