Tobias was great. Diagnosed the cause within a few mins and talked over several solutions. Not so happy with the cost of repair but I'm confident he will complete the job well.
Appreciate professional help with unexpected blocked kitchen sink coming from another apartment and blocking the main pipe joined by 5 units. A worrying scene with dirty waste water filling my sink and manually disposing of it in buckets until the plumbing team fixed the pipe blocked and left everything clean and tidy after. Thanks again to the Ruttley plumbers for coming to the rescue quickly.
