Jo was fantastic. He was very efficient, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. He repaired my tap quickly and also helped me find a replacement tap at a really affordable price, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, honest, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Great service and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Ruttley Services specially Jo and use his services again,
Sean and Josh from Rutley were fantastic to deal with. Sean did a very thorough investigation into some unusual plumbing noises we were experiencing and took the time to explain the issue and the available options clearly. Josh then completed the recommended work, replacing parts in four toilets and several outdoor taps. Both were friendly, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process.
