A completely unsatisfactory experience. My company engaged Jim Ruttler to file copyright and trademarks to protect our intellectual property. We proceeded through the process, we paid Mr. Ruttler, and immediately after paying him, he wrote a letter declaring that he no longer did this kind of work. I later found out that the mark was not successfully filed. An utter joke.
I called on Wednesday to schedule a 15 min. complimentary call to determine what services I might need. I was booked at 930 Friday. I waited until 945 and then called the office to find out that Dan who I was scheduled with was in a meeting and another lawyer was "not available". Please don't offer comp consults if you are unable to follow through.. I will not be rescheduling.
