First time stopping at Rutter’s in Maryland and I was impressed right away. As soon as I pulled in, I noticed how spacious it is—plenty of truck parking, fresh pavement, and clearly marked lines. Looks newer and well-maintained. Inside is clean with a good atmosphere. They offer made-to-order food along with a wide selection of snacks and drinks.
