I don't normally leave reviews however this time I will. I had a flag football game to go to last Saturday(08/09/25) and approximately around 10:50am, 11:30am I stopped into Rutters to get some stuff and I met this awesome and amazing woman who was putting away the truck that they normally get. She made me felt welcomed. Disgusting, Looks very unorganized. .Restrioms are closed. Worker did not allow my 5 year old to use the employee bathroom when the regular ones are closed for I don’t know what reason and she is a child.
Giving one star because the food here was horrible. My French fries were soggy and not even cooked all the way through. If you can’t make something as simple as fries you don’t need to be near a kitchen ever. The burger was the cafeteria soybean burger they served back in school (if you know you know). I paid $33 for that garbage and didn’t eat it, i feel like I am owed a refund.
