Lack in selection. There's definitely no order the way you want in the food. And when it comes to beer. This is a big area on lite stuff. Labatts light never in stock.
I go there very often since they opened 3 or so years ago. I like to sit and have coffee or breakfast and buy scratch off tickets and relax. I got to know some employees. Especially Hayley Terry Justin Sherrie and Cassie. They are all very friendly and personable. Rutters is lucky to have such terrific professionals working for them. I should also mention, that I noticed they dont seem to get a meal break. I hope that changes soon. Otherwise, this Rutters location is the best I have ever been to! 5 🌟 stars!
The staff are friendly and the store is clean, but the food service is incredibly slow. I waited more than 20 minutes for my order. I ordered a burger with two add-ons for $2 each and I got hardly any of either.
Staff is always welcoming. Decent size parking lot. Burger King is nearby. I am stopping at Rutters Kutztown from the last 2 years. Good price on the truck accessories and food, always clean, but no showers. I would like to request the owner/management to open showers.
