Was at the rutters got pretzel bites?Asked for a cup of cheese for a dollar. And did not receive my cup of cheese. I paid for the cheese just did not receive it. There's no point never going back in and asking for the cheese at several locations. Because it just seems like they don't care. I don't need to credit. I don't want to credit. Just do your damn job.

I put a low review for here a month or two ago because of the night shift quality. I now change that, I've had excellent and fast service the last 5 times I've been in.
