When I went to check out, the cashier, Nevaeh, was extremely rude. She used foul language to me in front of my kids and threw my change on the floor. Will not be back as long as she’s there.

There’s a reason this deserves one star. I live within walking distance. We previously walked over for snacks, milk, essentials, etc. Within the last 3 years, we’ve decided it’s worth driving elsewhere. The countless flat sodas from their soda fountain machine were a huge factor, amongst others- it’s rare that any machines are working. This is literally my all time favorite Rutters…I frequent here 2-3 sometimes 4 times or more a day….no joke….every single employee here is so amazing and has always treated me so kind and respectful! Just wanna give a shoutout to TRISTAN! He is always smiling and always goes above and beyond! Thank you all for always being the best!
