Very professional, honest and straightforward company that does what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it. They navigated the weather and got to my house ASAP after a storm. Reasonably priced and did a great job. Recommend to anyone and will share with family and friends.
Their work was exceptional! Extremely responsive, professional and prompt in removal. They took our 4 stumps in total and even with paying additional for dirt fill in and seeding was VERY affordable! My family thought I paid thousands and were shocked it was only hundreds. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future when we have a few other trees removed next year.
Very good work on stump removal and leveling out after removal. Great communication and prompt time from quote to finishing the work.
Two stumps were ground. One of them had a bunch of roots on the surface that also had to be removed. The work was done when scheduled, the price was right, and the area around the stumps was left looking great. Access to the stumps was a problem, and they dealt.
Rutter popped up on my Google home page making claims that appeared to be reasonable so I called and was sent to voice mail. I left a detailed message providing my schedule so as to save Rutter from returning my call and my not being able to answer. That is called being respectful. After waiting far past the time I ask to be called I received a text advising me I would be called in a 'little bit'.
