The customer service is not good. I do not recommend this company. They are not transparent and won’t talk to you unless you bought your cabinets directly from them which you can’t do. The company sells MDF cabinets and claims they are TSCA Title VI compliant, but will not show you the testing results which they are required to do per the EPA guidelines. I have emailed them and requested this information and no one has gotten back in touch with me.
Quite possibly the biggest waste of your money. This company may have been better in the past, but things have changed. I’m curious to know if this company sold to a bigger brand and are hiding it or what is going on. This company made multiple errors which cost us months of added time without a working kitchen. Errors were not properly addressed and not once did the company reach out to apologize or try to talk to us. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Built a house 20 years ago using Heritage Cabinets. Rutt did not design or install my cabinets, but now Heritage is a part of Rutt. Recently, one of the fixtures on a deep draw broke. It’s a unique fixture that holds the cabinet face to the draw. After some searching, I contacted Rutt with my problem. Within a few days they sent me some replacement parts (that were out of date) and in five minutes my cabinets were back to their spectacular appearance.
