Rutt is exceptional. Terrific cabinets in both structure and finish.
What stands out most is how much care goes into every step of the process — from sourcing quality materials to a thorough inspection before anything is considered finished. You can tell the people here are genuinely invested in doing the work right, not just fast. The end products are gorgeous and built to last. Couldn't ask for better craftsmanship.
High quality cabinets and excellent customer service
The customer service is not good. I do not recommend this company. They are not transparent and won’t talk to you unless you bought your cabinets directly from them which you can’t do. The company sells MDF cabinets and claims they are TSCA Title VI compliant, but will not show you the testing results which they are required to do per the EPA guidelines. I have emailed them and requested this information and no one has gotten back in touch with me.
