They did a great job doing my Mother's estate
Couldn't have gotten a better Attorney. They were prompt, excellent in gathering the information we needed & totally professional. We would definitely get them again for any legal issues.
I am not a client. I had a situation and I called their firm to ask about something regarding the situation. The Secretary was nice, but vague. It just made me suspicious. J Rutledge got on phone and I asked him what I wanted and he was helpful.I know they're busy, but they don't answer e-mails. I'm sure there's some time in day to answer an email. . No email response just makes me crazy. They have a good reputation.
Super pleasant on the phone, very cordial. Helpful without having done any business with them, they seem very on game for an attorney's office. In fact, rather than being put on hold for ever she actually remained live with me and type a message to the lawyer for their assistance in my matter.
Jerry Rutledge needs to retire.
