I hired Rebecca Phillips at Rutledge Investment Co to do an appraisal for me on farmland. I chose Ms. Phillips because she was licensed in both AR & TN, and the primary large tract straddled the state line. I've been involved in many appraisals over the years, and I can honestly say I've never before seen such an incompetently done appraisal as Ms. Phillips did for me.
