If you are looking for a professional who knows the state law please please don’t use this company. The owner and his staff are very very rude and are not knowledgeable when it comes to Ohio’s state laws regarding car insurance. He will over sale you insurance and if you try and question it he will literally curse you out ! He is very flirtatious and makes inappropriate passes and gestures that made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve never dealt with people like this and am happy to have cut all tides.
