Giving 2 starts, some of the doctors are good (not all). Reception is terrible, never nice when you call. I tried explaining that I went to emergency the day before for a severe allergic reaction and needed to see a doctor for a change of prescription. Did not want to help and ask if any of the doctors wanted to see me. Also you can never book when you need an appointment. Well I accidentally forgot about my appointment and I rang and apologised. They charged me a $55 fee for not turning up. Then they said make another appointment. I was having trouble making an appointment so rang back and a different person answered. I was asking about booking an appointment. The person said you had an appointment today but you didn't show up. I felt so overwhelmed I just wanted to hang up but in the end I managed to stay on the phone and book a new time but the receptionist could have been nicer. People for... read more
Front reception are rude, every time I have called they have been blunt and not nice to speak to.
Rang for an appointment with any dr as where I usually go where booked out and i needed a script refill. Got an appointment straight away walk in and was called straight in no waiting at all. The lady doctor I saw was brilliant and and really listened to me. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks to all the wonderful team there. Very impressive🤩🤩
All round amazing service. From the time I walk into the Practice, to seeing the Nurses, Doctors, and reception, I feel at home and that my needs are supported.
