Very disappointed with our experience at Rutdledge Medical Centre. My 18-month-old daughter had her immunisation today, and the male nurse was extremely rough and unprofessional. He jabbed the vaccine so hard that my daughter screamed in pain, jumped, and has been crying all day afterwards. We had to give her Panadol just to calm her down. Parents, please be cautious when bringing your children here – young patients deserve gentleness and care during such procedures.
Dr Arya is the most friendly and knowledgeable doctor at this practise! he’s thorough and if you are unsure about something he’ll test you no matter what. he also is extremely lovely and professional to women and don’t make them feel small or “dramatic” when they come in with a concern about their body. highly recommend Dr Arya!
Giving 2 starts, some of the doctors are good (not all). Reception is terrible, never nice when you call. I tried explaining that I went to emergency the day before for a severe allergic reaction and needed to see a doctor for a change of prescription. Did not want to help and ask if any of the doctors wanted to see me. Also you can never book when you need an appointment. Well I accidentally forgot about my appointment and I rang and apologised. They charged me a $55 fee for not turning up. Then they said make another appointment. I was having trouble making an appointment so rang back and a different person answered. I was asking about booking an appointment. The person said you had an appointment today but you didn't show up. I felt so overwhelmed I just wanted to hang up but in the end I managed to stay on the phone and book a new time but the receptionist could have been nicer. People for... read more
Front reception are rude, every time I have called they have been blunt and not nice to speak to.
