I had smelled a burning, rubbery odor coming from my car as I was driving home. I called Rutledge Auto to see if it could be looked at. When I told them I would have to drive the car the next day for work, they asked me to bring the car in to take a quick look just in case. Dan knows all there is to know about cars. I have been going to him for many years. I setup an appointment to look at a used vehicle I purchased, waited 2 weeks for that appointment and dropped it off. After about a week of calling and leaving messages (with no response from him) I just went and picked up my vehicle. Dan was on the phone and didn't even get off the phone to help me.
