Inspection went well. I asked them to look at a couple other things that were addressed thoroughly. Price seemed reasonable. They also handled my forgetfulness with grace! I will certainly be going back.
Could not be happier with my experience at Rutledge. They took my car right away and were so thorough in explaining what the problems were and what the best course of action to take to fix my car. I felt they were there to truly help me. Highly recommend!
I have had my tall Promaster 1500 serviced a couple times at Rutledge. And not just for routine service bu for some more serious issues....Dan, the owner, and his employee Matt are absolutely terrific, not only being extremely knowledgeable and competent mechanics but are two of the nicest and friendly gentlemen you could ever meet. They took the time to explain in detail the work they had done on my van. And their honesty and thoroughnes in diagnosing any hidden issues is extremely commendable. You can't go wrong here!!!!
