On 8-19-2025 my 86 year old wheelchair bound mom had a 11:30 appointment with Sarah Barton. I was reminded 3 times and told if we were 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule. We arrived at 11:10 and were checked in and eventually brought back to an examining room where an assistant did moms vitals etc. There was a combined effect to get my mom on the examination table to wait for Sara’s exam. Excellent customer service every time, and all around very knowledgeable doctors (Sigler most recently), PA’s, and nursing staff. They all come across as caring, understanding, and dedicated to the practice of women’s health care

Going in the doctors are great and I love the woman I see. However getting a callback from nurses is nearly impossible if you work typical hours. (And I am having some issues related to my birth control which they changed on me… but will not call me back). I’m about to switch to Planned Parenthood because at least aware and understanding of working people… Do better!! I was referred to Rutland Women’s Health and I am so glad I was. From the very first call to make an appointment, to seeing Dr Kate, to getting scheduled for future appointments, it has been better than any medical experience I’ve ever had. I wish I could remember every name so I could acknowledge and thank each one of you. You are all so friendly and so comforting. Dr Kate is amazing and made me feel totally cared for, listened to and safe. I know I’m in excellent hands here and I am very grateful to all of you!
