Turned down seeing my sick one year old cause they said they were fully booked out four and half hours before closing. The lady at the front desk gave very short answers like she did not care at all. Thankfully the capri urgent care who also said they were fully booked made the time to see her. They were super friendly to deal with.
DO NOT ENTER!!! On Wednesday I had my daughter take me to a walk in for an inner ear injection but I couldn’t get in. I thought the pain I was experiencing was from this infection. Thursday morning we tried again but I decided to go to the ER instead. I was rushed through the ER and handed to the head cardiologist and he had me in surgery by Friday morning. The doctor I get to see was super rude. I explained my situation with stress and sickness but she was fixated on physiotherapist. She was extremely disrespectful and told me I decide not to recommend you rest from work even I am in very much pain from these migraines. Such a lack of empathy.PS: I work with disabilities and still not allowed to take rest.
A registered nurse at Rutland Urgent Care told me to see a doctor at a medical clinic, or ask a pharmacist to assist me with my problem. A two hour wait to be told to wait another two hours to ask someone more qualified for help, or go to a pharmacy to ask someone less qualified for help? A pharmacist laughed at how ridiculous the idea of asking him for help with the problem was 😂. More than a month later, the problem still persists- I don't understand what the point of this place is, whatsoever.
Came in at 5pm on a Tuesday and there is no doctor why even be open?
