I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service we received today. I brought my son to the clinic because he has clubfoot and is experiencing pain when walking. We came specifically to ask for a referral so that he could be properly assessed and receive the appropriate care. We were told by the nurse that because this was a referral request and not considered urgent, we would have to wait.
