Will not honor so called lifetime warranty. Told me could not stand behind warranty because Rutland went out of business, but still flying the rutland name.
This business is not a good place to get your car repaired i took my car for transmission took them 800 dollars before school started in 2021 to get started cause that is what i was told by john manager so they never called to tell me the problem i always had to call them and most the time they would not ansewer my call so nothing got done then he said it would 2100 dollars so i took the remaining 1300 to them he said it would be two days and i can pick it up that was labor day weekend so i gave them an extra day for the hol... read more
My transmission went out on my 2005 325i it's been 3 months no phone calls nothing!!!! Owner John doesn't seem to be very informative or interested in fixing my car. I call, he blocks my number.
