Chris was quick to respond to the RV reservation. I was really looking forward to working with them for my rental, as they offered delivery and setup. Unfortunately, the reservation was cancelled by Rutland RV less than 24 hours before the rental was to start. There was no phone call or apology for the last minute cancellation. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. It left us in challenging position as we don’t have a vehicle equipped to pull a RV.
