I spoke with the department supervisor regarding my experiences and they were generally defensive, dismissive, and unconcerned about how long it took to get results and the lack of follow up regarding an action plan from the care team. Another edit. Never return calls and/or claim they don’t get faxes from the pharmacy. Such a shame they’re so bad at this. Edit Monday came and went with no return call. Shocker. Lol. I forgot why we stopped going before but now I remember. Today mother had a reaction to the new medication prescribed by them. I call them and leave a message this morning asking what to do. All I can say is that I'm a patient and the staff and nurses are great. Very respectful in every way. My Dr. is doing his best to treat my problem. I'm more than glad to them 5 stars ⭐
