I have been going here for 30 years.
Everytime I try calling to make an appointment the line is always just a busy signal. I can’t book online and even for a simple dose increase I have to wait weeks for an appointment. There should be other options for certain type of appointments. Frustrating to have to call a million times in a day to try to get through.
Dr. Moffat is professional, kind, thoughtful, on time and never rushed. Always finds time to ensure I receive the best possible care. All of the staff are exceptional. Thank you!
Excellent customer service this clinic provides and I am so VERY grateful to have Dr America as my doctor. She is literally the best doctor EVER !!!!
