The staff and my Doctor, Dr. Moffatt at the Rutland Clinic are absolutely fantastic! I thank my lucky stars every visit that I have such a caring, thorough Doctor and wonderful front desk staff.
I found it hard to talk to the pharmacist. He was argumentative and not willing to help me with a problem I had with my insurance. I wasn't impressed.
Dr.Nordine has to be the worst doctor in the Okanagan. The front desk staff are rude & condescending. Dr. Nordine is not compassionate, doesn’t listen & is negligent in actually curing people’s illnesses. He will happily write you a prescription to profit himself but won’t try to fix the actual issue at large. He makes a lot of errors always when it comes to paperwork. And quite honestly only cares about money! They will charge you for a note or letter but can’t ever fill it out correctly. I won’t be back. Waste of time.
Amazing Doctors, they are five star. I had a lower rating for the clinic previously because of some poor communication with the front counter staff, but for the past six months, they have been lovely and very helpful, so I updated my review to reflect that.
