I’ve tried booking an appointment for 2 weeks, every time I call (early morning, between 08:00 on the dot and 09:00), they say they have used up all their appointment slots for the day and to try again the next day. I try again and the line to just be on hold is full and the call is automatically cut, I try to use Patchs and it crashes when I try to use it. This used to be decent but now to save money they bundled up with other practices and it just goes from bad to worse. If and when you get an appointment you get farmed out to other practices, you have a better chance of building a caring relationship with the ladies that work down at Greggs than a doctor or nurse in the practice. 100% impersonal service and care.

My partner made sure to ring at 8am on the dot as I had started to suffer a minor allergic reaction to prescribed medication. Instead of giving me an appointment I was just told to send pictures of my eyes. I called back when the PATCHS chat got closed & even a receptionist said pictures don’t always do justice. No advise , not even advised to take anti histamine tablets. Instead I was told to continue taking the medication.
