Been coming to Queens Avenue and then merged practice with Rutland House for 30 + years. It gets better and better -always quick responses and same day appointments when requested. All Doctors listen and helpful -but the hidden star is the practice nurse, Barbara, who is cheerful, encouraging, translates medical speak into English and makes any visit/ jab etc a pleasure. Don`t let her retire !!
One of the receptionist, been very rude, I've done nothing wrong. Doctor told me to collect samples from reception, went and standing there, female receptionist was on the phone, then she asked me can I help, I said yes I need samples, she says oh I can't help now go and seat come back in a few minutes later, Then I went few minutes later, she wasn't on the phone, she straight away, shutting at me tell me, don't you know i am in emergency call, I said please don't be rude to me, Im not were of your situation, she continued, ... read more
I currently had the scare and called the surgery for help. They saw me immediately supported me and helped me to go and get the right help on the same day not only that they went beyond the call of duty and called to check that I’m okay and advise me which steps they wish To take in the future to ensure that I am well. Have been at this practice since I was a child. Generally I’ve received good care, and recently I’ve seen Dr Rawesh several times for a continuing issue. She is always efficient, empathetic, a good listener, knowledgable and I feel like she’s very on the ball. I genuinely feel respected as a patient which is no small thing. I would really recommend her.
Don't bother going here can't get to see doctor can't get repeat prescription out. Takes week and half on there triage system then nothing to do with what you had to fill forms out for. Totally gone way down hill
