I would like to formally file a complaint regarding the front desk staff at the Interior Health Center at 285 aurora Crescent. Today, I went there for my second dose of immunization, and an issue arose when we tried to schedule our next dose. I asked the front desk staff member to confirm with the nurse about the best date for our next appointment, as the nurse would know the appropriate interval between doses.
