I've just completed my 3day course, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, I feel much more confident and happy about being a first responder for my company, the trainers were very knowledgeable and approachable and the course wasn't info and power point it was hands on and they made it fun, I recommend them to all. This training course was superb. The trainer, Richard, was very knowledgeable (and patient!). He has significant real life experience, as First Responder for many years. The course was not 'death by Powerpoint' and included practical demonstrations with the ability to participate (eg CPR , Abdominal Thrusts, explanation of different types of AEDs and how they work, first aid kits...and so on). I am so pleased I chose this provider and cannot recommend them enough. Looking forward to the refresher!
