This use to be my doctor. There was supposed to be a merger and instead of saying she was basically selling off her client list to another provider she made it seem like she was merging with this new facility. The facility was never up front about when she would return to practice for her patients. Now here it is two years later to find out she not only opened a private practice and left her patients without warning but doesn't take insurance anymore. Black owned isn't where it's at I guess.
Did Dr. Rutland's relocate? I went to her office on Karl Road and it was vacant. The phone number listed on their webpage is out of order.
