After today’s appointment I don’t think I will be coming back, I’ve been coming to this dental office for 3 years. I brought my 3 year old daughter in and this time the experience wasn’t good at all. I felt very judged based on what was said to me and the tone/body language used.
Super pleasant experience everytime I go, everyone is so upbeat. I love that the staff are super educational when I ask questions. I generally do not like dentist visits, but I do like it here at the Rutland Dental Center. What a great addition to Rutland!
When i first came in I looked like i had just went 9 rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime. They fixed me right up. By far the best dentistry practice in Kelowna. Very professional and everyone is super friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Booked an appointment and it was over a month before they could see me. Wanted a cleaning: they told me Ii had to get a complete checkup...ok. So that's what I agreed to do. A check up and a proper cleaning (as they screwed me on time for the last cleaning I came in for) They called me 15 minutes before my appointment to cancel it because of an alleged emergency. My wife was supposed to get her wisdom teeth removed. She had an emergency the night before, she had a newborn baby and she couldn’t make it. They told her the next day they have to charge her for the anesthesia.. she is getting calls after callas and emails and continuous harassment non stop. They want her to pay for something she didn’t even get done…. They say she owes $280 And it has now gone to collections. This clinic is a joke DO NOT COME HERE. Greedy and horrible.
